3. Table Reservations & Bookings

To ensure a fair experience for all guests, the following booking rules apply:

• Advance Booking: Online reservations should be made at least one (1) day in advance via our website or Posly integration.
• Same-Day Booking: For same-day reservations, please bypass the online form and call us directly at 080 825 0999 to confirm availability.
• Grace Period: We hold reserved tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time. Thereafter, the table will be released to other waiting patrons.
